Jai:  Dad why does mom have some random man's name and number on her bag?
Dad:  Huh?
Jai:  See, look at her bag, she has some random man's name and number on the front!!!
Mom:  Um, Jeremiah 29:11 is a  bible verse
Jai:  OH!!!!  Ooops!!!!

The News Do OBX

We made our first trip to OBX in June 2013.  What a great family vacation.  We went with several members of my husband's side of the family.

We decided to drive instead of flying which is NEW for us.  We usually fly EVERYWHERE!!!

Our journey started on 6/7/13.  We drove from Columbus, Ohio to the DC Suburbs.... in the RAIN!!!

I got great pleasure out of torturing  the kids with music from 80s on 8!!! Love that station.  A road trip isn't a road trip without a little Micheal Jackson...  P.Y.T

The kids got a kick out of the tunnels to and fro!! 

Our lovely beach rental in Corolla, NC.  We had 29 people in this house!!!
